**1. Voice Customer Service (SBIC)**
- Handle customer service calls.
- **Requirements**: Graduates with decent communication skills, minimum 6 months of experience preferred, freshers can also apply.
- **Salary Range**: Up to 21,000 INR CTC
- **Shift**: 24*7 process, rotational shifts
- **Additional Info**: Work from office, no transport provided, week off not fixed

**2. Inbound Sales Process (RBL)**
- Handle inbound sales calls.
- **Requirements**: Graduates or undergraduates with very good communication skills, freshers can apply.
- **Salary Range**: 18,000 INR CTC
- **Shift**: 24*7 process, rotational shifts
- **Additional Info**: Work from office.

**3. Insurance Sales Process (Amex Insurance)**
- Handle insurance sales calls.
- **Requirements**: Graduates or undergraduates with very good communication skills, minimum 6 months of experience preferred, freshers can also apply.
- **Salary Range**: 24,000 INR CTC
- **Location**: Gurgaon
- **Shift**: Day shifts
- **Additional Info**: 700 INR deduction for nodal transport if availed, work from office.

**4. After Sales Process (Amex Voice)**
- Handle after-sales service calls.
- **Requirements**: Graduates with very good communication skills, minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
- **Salary Range**: 30,000 INR CTC
- **Location**: Gurgaon
- **Shift**: Day shifts
- **Additional Info**: Work from office.
- **Requirements**: Graduates with good written and spoken skills, freshers can apply.
- **Salary Range**: 25,000 INR CTC
- **Shift**: 24*7 process, rotational shifts
- **Additional Info**: Work from office, no transport provided.

**6. Voice Sales (Inbound + Outbound) (DLF)**
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- **Requirements**: Graduates with very good communication skills, minimum 1 year of experience in sales, basic real estate knowledge.
- **Salary Range**: 29,000 INR CTC
- **Location**: Gurgaon
- **Shift**: Day shifts
- **Additional Info**: Work from office.
