**Profile**: Tender Estimator:
**Experience**: 3-4 yrs

**Salary Range**:25k-35k

**Roles**:

- Study and analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil and infrastructure projects.
- Identify material, manpower, equipment, and subcontracting requirements for tenders.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
- Analyze rates, prepare cost comparisons, and finalize pricing for bid submission.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, company policies, and client specifications.
- Prepare technical and commercial documents required for tender submissions.
- Coordinate with project and engineering teams to validate scope and assumptions.
- Track and update tender status, deadlines, and submissions.
- Perform actual vs. required quantity estimation.
- Determine required Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ).
- Manage end-to-end tender processes.
- Identify and evaluate new tender opportunities.
