Shift Hrs - 11am to 7pm IST
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions including bank feeds, credit card expenses, vendor bills, and customer payments.
- **We are seeking a Bookkeeper with 1-4 years of experience to manage day-to-day financial records and support accurate accounting operations.**

- Proven bookkeeping experience with US businesses preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online (or similar US accounting software).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Maintain and update the general ledger and chart of accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable — enter invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Prepare monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for review by the accountant.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain payroll records (as applicable).
- Support the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings by providing accurate reports and documentation.
- Maintain digital records in an organized and secure manner.
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and financial forecasting as requested.
- Communicate regularly with the US accountant to ensure books are accurate and deadlines are met.

**Experience**:

- US GAAP: 1 year (preferred)
