Customer Service Representative

Join our internationally recognized medical equipment company as a **Customer Service Representative**, where you’ll serve as the first line of communication for our UK and USA customers regarding billing and payment-related queries. You’ll provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support with a professional tone and clear communication style.
**Responsibilities**
- Communicate professionally with UK/USA customers regarding outstanding payments and billing issues.
- Resolve customer queries while maintaining a positive and respectful tone.
- Work with internal teams to reconcile accounts and ensure payment accuracy.
- Prepare regular reports on collections activities, outstanding receivables, and payment trends for management in Excel.
- Follow up on overdue accounts according to company policy.
- Maintain awareness of regional time zones and cultural communication norms.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent English communication with a clear, neutral accent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Basic Excel knowledge.
Pay: ₹10,234.56 - ₹30,000.00 per month
