**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and driven **Influencer Marketing Executive** to lead influencer collaborations that drive engagement, brand awareness, and sales. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Develop and execute influencer campaigns aligned with product launches, brand goals, and seasonal promotions
- Coordinate content calendars and campaign timelines with internal marketing teams
- Prepare creative briefs and ensure influencer content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and quality standards
- Track and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
- Handle influencer negotiations, contracts, deliverables, and payments in a timely manner
- Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging influencer talent

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, preferably in e-commerce, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sector
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, affiliate marketing, and creator communities
- Experience with performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Bitly, affiliate platforms, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines
