
Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Manager at Auxost Marketers, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with new and existing clients within your assigned territory. Your focus will be on promoting and selling web and mobile app development services, and you will be required to meet with potential clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions. You will also manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring that sales targets are met and business growth is achieved.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Territory Management**:
Identify and target new leads through field activities, networking, and referrals. Develop a strong presence in the assigned territory to generate business opportunities and promote web and mobile app development services.
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Building**:
Meet with potential clients in person to understand their business needs, pain points, and budget. Build strong relationships to generate trust and long-term partnerships.
- **Sales Presentations & Negotiations**:
Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects to present tailored solutions. Clearly communicate the benefits of the company’s services and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
- **Team Management**:
Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales representatives. Ensure the team is motivated, well-equipped, and aligned with sales goals. Track performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- **Market Intelligence**:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use this information to adjust sales strategies, propose relevant services, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- **Sales Targets & Reporting**:
Set and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory. Regularly report on sales performance, forecast future revenue, and provide insights on sales pipeline status to senior management.
- **Client Feedback & Service Coordination**:
Gather client feedback to ensure satisfaction and resolve any service-related issues. Work closely with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and resolve client concerns.
- **Brand Promotion & Networking**:
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company's brand presence and generate leads.
- **Sales Training & Development**:
Train and develop team members to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team.

- **Time & Territory Management**: Capable of managing time effectively and covering the territory efficiently to maximize sales opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role, ideally in the technology or software development sector.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools.
