Working within the professional section of the Operational Learning Department you will be responsible for operational learning design and content review. Through the effective use of known training practices, you will design new Operational content based on business requirements.

Reviewing current training material, you will provide recommendations on how to improve material content that will help to improve delegate speed to competency.

You'll need to have a keen eye for detail and provide creative insight on ways to improve material content to increase its delegate engagement and competency speed.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Accountable for new Operational content design as requested by our clients or the business
- Maintaining training documents to ensure they are version controlled accordingly for which we are responsible for
- Review existing content ensuring it matches operational needs and is in line with current learning practices
- Work closely with the Learning & Development consultants and support projects where required
- Design Operational learning material which adds value back into the business and can be used in any campaign
- Maintain and increase your professional development through a proactive approach
- Work in conjunction with Operational Training Leadership to improve the speed to competency of our delegates
- Work in partnership with the digital design team to create storyboards that will be digitised
- Provide feedback on the delegate learning journey and environment, providing recommendations on how to improve
- Support the Training Delivery Managers in making sure the Business Trainers demonstrate awareness of the training and learning cycle
- Support the L&D Consultants in new projects and client on-boarding, developing or reviewing training content and providing recommendations to set delegate training up for success

**What you’ll need**
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of the training and learning cycle
- Knowledge of current industry learning practices
- Professional qualifications desirable such as CTP or CIPD
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- Ability to manage multiple work demands and has experience of working in an outsource environment
- Experience providing feedback to peer groups and advisors
- An interest in new technologies and how they can assist the Operational Learning Department
- Knowledge of training models and frameworks that can be introduced to improve delegate experience
- Required to work in a structured and disciplined manner
