Graphic Designer

**Position Overview**: The Graphic Designer is a creative role responsible for developing visual concepts, designing graphics, and creating marketing materials. They will work closely with the creative team and stakeholders to translate ideas into visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines and objectives. The Mid-Level Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in producing high-quality visual assets for various mediums, including print, digital, and social media.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Graphic Design**:Create visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, infographics, and presentations. Ensure that designs effectively communicate key messages and adhere to brand guidelines.
- **Concept Development**:Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts. Translate ideas into compelling visual solutions that align with project objectives, target audience, and industry trends.
- **Branding and Identity**: Maintain consistency in visual branding elements, including logos, color palettes, and typography, across all marketing materials. Ensure designs reflect and reinforce the brand's identity and values.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide design solutions, and incorporate feedback. Communicate design ideas, concepts, and rationale effectively and professionally.
- **Production and File Management**: Prepare final designs for print or digital production, ensuring correct specifications, resolutions, and color modes. Organize and maintain design files and assets to facilitate easy retrieval and future modifications.
- **Time Management and Prioritization**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work. Prioritize tasks effectively, seeking clarification or assistance when needed.
- **Industry Trends and Skills Development**:Stay updated with current design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Continuously develop skills and expand knowledge in design software, techniques, and tools.
- **Qualifications**:_
- **Professional Experience**:Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a creative agency or design-focused environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and projects is essential.
- **Proficiency in Design Tools**: Expertise in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator(**Preferably**), Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools. Knowledge of prototyping tools and web design software is a plus.
- **Design Skills**: Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition. Ability to create visually compelling designs that effectively communicate messages and engage the target audience.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality in all design deliverables. Strong organizational skills to maintain project files and assets.
- **Creativity and Innovation**:Ability to think creatively and develop unique design solutions. Stay updated with design trends and seek innovative ways to enhance visual communication.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design ideas, present concepts, and receive feedback.
- **Time Management and Adaptability**: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Degree in Design or Related Field**:A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent experience and a strong portfolio are highly valued.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
