We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic designer to join our marketing team - developing high-quality graphics, stunning visuals, marketing materials for our brand, social media engagement, marketing initiatives, and events

The role requires strong graphic and marketing design skills, with good communication skills

This is a great opportunity for a creative, eloquent, and organized designer to make a big impact with plenty of independence and flexibility within the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Produce a broad variety of marketing designs, campaigns, event microsites, website

Brainstorming with internal teams for branding and marketing initiatives

Drive alignment with firm-wide branding and design standards, ensuring that the firms reputation is upheld

Opportunity to take on additional design responsibilities, including:

- Creative strategy
- Branding
- Concept design
- Web Design

**Presentations**

Required Skills, Experience, And Competencies

1+ years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, and/or web design

A design portfolio of previous work done

Strong communication, advocacy, and partnership skills and a can-do attitude

Visual Design skills, creative flair, innovative ideas, and excellent attention to detail

Skilled in professional design tools e.g., Adobe Suite, 3D Studio etc.

Desirable Skills, Experience, And Competencies

Understanding of Motion graphics & compositing, video editing, and creation of animated media

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

**Education**:

Relevant Bachelors/University degree (Graphic Designing & Fine Arts)

Pay: ₹230,000.00 - ₹372,405.65 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Electronic City, Bengaluru - 560068, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
