Are you a skilled Digital Marketing professional with a passion for content writing and running successful ad campaigns? **Responsibilities**:
2. Running Ad Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc., to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

3. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor online conversations to maintain a positive brand image.

4. Client Management: Interact with clients to understand their marketing objectives, develop strategies, and execute campaigns that align with their goals and budget.

5. Intern Supervision: Oversee and mentor interns, providing guidance and support in their assigned tasks to ensure their professional growth and contribution to the team's success.

6. Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and KPIs, derive insights, and present reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

7. Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to implement innovative strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on content creation and running ad campaigns.

2. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.

3. Digital Skills: Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).

4. Creativity: Demonstrated ability to develop creative and engaging content for various digital channels.

5. Client-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their needs, and deliver results that exceed expectations.

6. Leadership: Ability to lead and supervise interns, providing guidance, feedback, and support in a collaborative and positive manner.

7. Multi-Tasking: Proven capability to handle multiple clients, campaigns, and projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
