_**Title**_**:* **Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager/Coordinator*

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads or sales.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Create and manage social media marketing campaigns, including content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth in the digital space.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to integrate digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and suggest new ideas and innovations to keep the company ahead of the competition.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and results.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, MailChimp, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and strategies.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Additional Skills (Optional)**:

- Graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
- Certification in digital marketing from reputable institutions like Google, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint.

Pay: ₹10,710.58 - ₹25,000.00 per month
