**Biostatistician**

Location : Pune

Datar Cancer Genetics is a world leading, fully integrated molecular oncology facility having operations in UK, USA, Germany and India.

A key player, who will share our vision and make a difference in cancer detection and management

Experience: 0-3 years of proven expertise in Biostatistics

Job Description
- 1. Understand statistical analysis requirements for research studies and routine activities

2. Identify and implement relevant and appropriate statistical analysis methods based on the requirements (e.g., CLSI, CAP, CLIA)

3. Contribute to preparation of scientific documents such as study protocols or research manuscripts by providing relevant write-ups of statistical methods and analysis as per requirements.

4. Create analysis plans and study design of clinical trials, prospective cohort studies, and observational studies including sample size/power calculations and missing data.

5. Explore and adapt technologies, to perform bioinformatics analysis.

6. Implement computational tools for data mining.

7. Writing codes by using statistical analysis software’s for data analysis

8. Data integration to support Next Generation Sequencing Analysis, and Comparative Genomic Analysis.

9. Provide biological interpretation of analysis in the form of graphs and tables.

10. Expression analysis, prioritization of identified loci/gene lists and correlation with data from mainstream and leading-edge experimental methods.

12. Validate new clinical genomic tests, bioinformatics software, and data analysis processes and data visualization tools

13. Create publicly accessible, commercial, or proprietary genomic, proteomic, or post-genomic databases

Experience of statistical analysis in the domain of clinical trials and/or for bioanalytical method validation will be desirable
