**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management & Coordination**:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, development, analytics) to ensure smooth project workflow.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- **Client Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries related to digital marketing projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating confidence in handling client communications and expectations.
- Present ideas, strategies, and results to clients in a clear and concise manner, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with goals.
- **Team Leadership & Collaboration**:

- Lead and motivate a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring they are aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging idea-sharing and problem-solving.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their potential.
- **Digital Marketing Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Assist in strategy development, providing insights based on client goals and industry trends.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Track project progress, monitor performance, and ensure campaigns meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular reports and performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Proven experience in project coordination, client management, and/or leading a team.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication skills with the confidence to interact with clients and present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Leadership potential and the ability to manage, motivate, and guide a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use it to make informed decisions.
- Basic proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.) and project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.).
- **Personal Qualities**:

- Self-motivated and proactive, with a “can-do” attitude.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
