**Job Title**: UI Architect

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- **Technology Leadership**: Provide technical direction and guidance to the front-end development team, ensuring best practices, code quality, and architectural integrity.
- **Component Libraries**: Design and maintain reusable UI components, frameworks, and libraries that can be leveraged across multiple projects to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- **Performance Optimization**: Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the UI, optimizing loading speeds, and minimizing response times.
- **Code Reviews**: Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure code adheres to best practices and meets project standards.
- **UI/UX Best Practices**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in UI development and integrate them into the workflow.
- **Mentorship**: Mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 6+ years of professional experience in front-end/UI development and architecture.
- **Front-End Technologies**: Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js).
- **UI Performance**: Solid experience with performance optimization techniques for front-end interfaces.
- **Frameworks & Libraries**: In-depth experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS), and UI component libraries (e.g., Material-UI, Bootstrap).
- **Version Control**: Proficiency with Git and other version control systems.
- **Build Tools**: Experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt.
- **Cross-Browser Compatibility**: Deep understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- **UI Testing**: Experience with front-end testing frameworks and tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with back-end technologies (Node.js, Python) and their integration with front-end architectures.
- Experience with GraphQL and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deployment practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Pay: ₹110,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
