JOB DETAILS
Position: GPM / Maintenance executive
At TACO BELL Restaurants, we are looking for young & dynamic
experienced Maintenance executive (GPM) who will be responsible to carry out the below
duties:

-      Daily Walk of feet with daily checklist.
- Restaurant Emergency need to check Daily.
-      RAW & RO water availability in overhead tank.
-      Power Back up (DG is running and checked 10mins with manual Mode)
-      UPS Backup to be check.
-      Make sure Geyser is working at Dishwash and Hand wash point and hot water available.
-      Check Fire & safety Panel is working well.
-      Check Gas leak detector is in place and working well.
-      Check Smoke detector is working is well.
-      Drain line is clear and there is no blockage. find any blockage need to coordinate with vendor to clear.
-      Daily Complaints need to check on Grid App and acknowledge & attend call for closure.
-      Weekly, Fortnightly, and monthly Equipment PM.
-       Daily RO plant Back Wash
-      Cold Equipments and Hot Equipments preventive maintenance to be done as per schedule.
-      Restaurant furniture’s are in good repair, no chair and table are wobbling. any measure issue or vendor support need to escalate to supervisor.
-      Restaurant lights and AC to check whether is running well.
-      Check the Music system working or not.
-       General maintenance need to fix, Like, bulb replacement, Tiles gap to be grout, tighten the loosen screw of any asset if find.
-      Need to check Electricity, Diesel, Gas and water consumption daily basis and update to Supervisor.
-      Pending complaint follow-ups and escalate to next level till closure.

Eligibility: Minimum 1 year experience as GPM/Electrician in Quik service restaurant
Min Qualification: ITI / Diploma in electrical.
Age limit: upto 32.

Gender: Male

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift
