**Operations Executive/Engineer**

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in the diesel generator industry

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 (in-hand)

Key Responsibilities:

- **Operational Oversight**: Manage day-to-day operations of diesel generator systems, ensuring they function efficiently and reliably.
- **Preventive Maintenance**: Schedule and execute preventive maintenance tasks, reducing the likelihood of unexpected failures.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with diesel generators, including mechanical and electrical problems.
- **Installation and Commissioning**: Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new generator systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- **Client Interaction**: Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing technical support and addressing service-related inquiries.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of maintenance, service reports, and equipment inventories to ensure compliance and facilitate audits.
- **Safety Practices**: Implement safety protocols and best practices in accordance with industry regulations and standards.

Skills Required:

- **Technical Expertise**: Strong knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, and generator operations.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to identify problems quickly and develop effective solutions.
- **Communication**: Clear communication skills for both technical discussions and customer service.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Attention to detail in maintenance logs and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in diesel generator operation and maintenance are advantageous.
