**Job Summary**:
The Accounts Assistant will support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, performing routine accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with internal and statutory guidelines. This role demands strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a basic understanding of accounting principles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations.
- Maintain ledgers, journals, and other financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
- Help with GST filing, TDS deduction, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain documentation and filing of all accounting records.
- Support in internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for financial follow-ups.
- Provide administrative support to the accounts department as required.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Working knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS) and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and accountability.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multi-task effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
