Core duties and responsibilities
- **Record and maintain financial records**:

- Record sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
- Post journal entries and update general ledgers and balance sheets.
- Document and maintain records of fixed assets.
- **Process invoices and payments**:

- Process and reconcile vendor invoices and statements.
- Process payments to vendors, suppliers, and employees.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
- **Perform bank reconciliation**:

- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
- **Assist with financial reporting and analysis**:

- Help senior accountants prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in preparing budget data and forecasts.
- Compile and report on expenditures, cash receipts, and other financial matters.
- **Manage payroll and taxes**:

- Assist with payroll processing and data entry.
- Help prepare tax filings and reports.

Pay: ₹9,874.82 - ₹18,500.00 per month
