**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop high-quality, visually appealing designs for online and offline marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media graphics, print materials, event banners, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing and event management teams to create visual assets that align with branding and client requirements.
- Use AI-based design tools for creating modern, efficient, and scalable design assets.
- Work with **CorelDRAW** and **Adobe Photoshop** to produce professional-grade visuals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new design concepts and ideas.
- Ensure all creative work adheres to branding guidelines and client specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and AI-based techniques to continually enhance creative output.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage deadlines efficiently.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **Adobe AI**, **CorelDRAW** and **Adobe Photoshop**.
- Familiarity with **AI-based design tools** (experience with tools like Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, or MidJourney is a plus).
- Strong graphic design portfolio showcasing a variety of creative work.
- Ability to transform creative concepts into high-quality designs.
- Knowledge of branding, typography, and color theory.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation in design.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in creative design, preferably in a marketing or branding agency.
- Familiarity with video editing software (optional but a plus).
