Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Design eye-catching and innovative creative posts** for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- **Create graphics that align with brand guidelines** and effectively communicate the brand’s message.
- **Collaborate with the marketing team** to understand project requirements and objectives.
- **Stay updated on industry trends** and incorporate fresh design ideas into creative posts.
- **Adapt designs for different platforms** while maintaining visual consistency.
- **Ensure timely delivery** of high-quality visuals that meet deadlines.
- **Receive and incorporate feedback** from stakeholders to improve designs.

**Requirements**:

- **Six months of professional experience** in graphic design, specifically in creating social media posts.
- **Proficiency in graphic design software** such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- **Strong portfolio** showcasing creative posts and social media graphics.
- **Understanding of social media platforms** and their design requirements.
- **Ability to work both independently and collaboratively** in a fast-paced environment.
- **Excellent communication skills** to convey ideas effectively.
- **Attention to detail** and a commitment to delivering polished designs.

Preferred Skills:

- **Experience with video editing** and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- **Basic knowledge of web design** principles (HTML, CSS).
- **Familiarity with analytics tools** to measure the performance of creative posts.
