**Job Type**:

- **Full-Time**: Full time positions in the following shifts
- **Shift 1**: 6:45 AM to 3:00 PM (females)
- **Shift 2**: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (males)

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Design Eye-Catching Content: Craft scroll-stopping social media posts, banners, and visuals that grab attention and don’t let go.
- Collaborate Like a Pro: Work closely with the social media team to bring campaigns to life and sprinkle some magic onto our feeds.
- Brainstorm & Conceptualize: Be part of the creative think-tank to generate innovative ideas that align with brand objectives.
- Adapt & Optimize: Design with flexibility in mind, adjusting creatives based on performance and platform needs.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest design trends, ensuring our visuals are always fresh and on point.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A graduate in any field. No specific background required, but attention to detail is a must.
- Proficiency in Canva: Must be skilled in creating designs using Canva.
- Experience with Design Tools: Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or other graphic design software is a plus.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, especially in social media.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas for designs.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for aesthetics and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs.
- Understanding of Social Media Platforms: Knowledge of best practices for creating engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with team members in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Time Management: Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Positive Attitude: A willingness to learn and adapt, along with a passion for design.
