Key Responsibilities
- Vendor recruitment and onboarding
- Managing vendor relationships
- Monitoring performance and ensuring quality control
- Negotiating rates and optimizing budgets
- Allocating vendors and managing scheduling
- Ensuring compliance and maintaining documentation
- Collaborating with internal teams
- Utilizing technology and tools
- Managing crises and resolving issues
- Developing and retaining vendors
- Work with business team and vendors to ensure all client-required documents are completed and submitted for new contractor starts and contractor extensions
- Oversee process on facilitating required tasks for on-boarding and off-boarding contractors
- Conduct regular follow up with managers (business team) to ensure contract success and provide strategies to proactively mitigate issues when applicable

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
