Job Title: Accountant Executive

**Responsibilities**:
**Mainly the following but not limited to**:
**1) Day to day accounting, Overall Accounts Activity, keep books of accounts updated all the time. maintained adherence to accuracy and timely accomplishment of tasks & filing of all bills, tax returns, agreement & documents etc.**

**2) Accounting for vendor invoices (Inventory types) and payments.**

**3) Sales Invoice & E-way bill Generation and receipts**

**4) Timely statutory payments & returns, Fixed Assets register etc**

**5) Monthly reconciliation of supplier, customer accounts**

**6) Reconciliation of GSTR 2A with Purchases Register on monthly / quarterly basis**

**7) Coordinating with internal team for GST related compliance, queries & submission.**

**8) Knowledge of TDS, TCS, GST. Prepare summary GSTR1, GSTR3B, TDS return, Assist with tax audit, GST audit and regular tax returns, Support to CA for audit, tax assessment.**

**9) Bank stock audits / timely monthly submission stock statement to bank.**

**10) Handling Petty cash**

**11) Preparation overseas TT payment request etc, timely submission of E-BRC to banker**

**12) Liaising with various agencies including banks, freight forwarders, import-export consultant, CHA and other agencies to ensure smooth functioning of operations and unimpeded flow of documents and packages.**

**13) Recording statutory dues like TDS and GST, RCM and ensuring due dates of their payments are adhered.**

**14) Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits**

**15) To carry out other tasks as assigned by manager / management from time to time.**

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

5+ years of progressive experience in accounting roles.

Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams.

15k-20k per Month

**Work Timings**:
10:00 am to 7:00 pm (Monday to Saturday)
