**Working Hours : 9 hours (one week off between Monday to Thursday only)**

**Age Limit : 18-25 years**

**Qualification : +2 / Graduation**

**Skills / Responsibilities**:

- Must be presentable.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Knowledge about basic computer.
- To personally greet the customers and other affluent people at each touch point with correct salutation
- Service on seat, suggestive & Up selling,
- Customer query handling
- GSA gives each guest a personal recognition. This could be in a form of memorizing names of the customers or addressing them with the correct salutations, such as "Miss", "Sir", and “Ma'am".
- They attend promptly to customers queries and assist them with their needs.
- Taking effective orders and satisfying the customers
- Box office handling ,ticketing and reporting
- Fresher can also apply
