Male Customer Service Associate

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product or service queries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers and other team members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Customer Service Associate or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with customers.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
