Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Location: Kokapet, Hyderabad

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily operations across departments to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
- Maintain schedules, track project timelines, and ensure key deadlines are met.
- Assist with inventory management, order processing, and vendor coordination to optimize supply chains.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, logistics, and customer service, to address operational needs.
- Document operational activities, maintain records, and prepare reports on key metrics to track progress and performance.
- Support the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices to improve overall efficiency.
- Assist in identifying operational challenges and coordinate solutions with relevant teams.
- Act as the point of contact for team inquiries related to operational issues, and resolve them promptly.
- Help organize and support company events, meetings, and training sessions as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an operations, administrative, or coordination role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with ERP or project management software is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or inventory management.
- Familiarity with project coordination or process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools or software.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
