**Job Title**: E-commerce Systems Executive

**Location**: Pune

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring its functionality and performance meet business needs.
- Work on integrating third-party systems (payment gateways, CRM, ERP, shipping software) with the e-commerce platform.
- Provide technical support for system-related issues, resolve bugs, and ensure mínimal downtime.
- Manage product data, inventory updates, and content uploads, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the platform.
- Monitor system performance, traffic, and analytics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and optimize the e-commerce tools and plugins to improve site functionality and user experience.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure smooth integration of e-commerce solutions with business processes.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **BCA**, **BCS**, **MCA**, **MCS**, **BSc (IT)**, or **MSc (IT)** or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 0-1 years of experience working with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) or IT systems support. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
- Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and third-party software.
- Proficient in basic programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with web analytics and monitoring tools (Google Analytics, GTM, etc.).
- Good understanding of database management (MySQL, SQL).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
