RaMee Systems is a forward-thinking startup software company with offices in Pune, India, and London, UK. We are Product and Project based software company works in the Indian and UK markets. We also provide support team to UK Client for their online business. Our energetic team is seeking a dynamic E-commerce Executive with expertise in Online selling platform and customer service. It will be added advantage if experience of Shopify or Amazon platform.

**Key Requirements**:

- Hands on with Online selling portals like Amazon, Shopify etc.
- Fluency in English as customer is British National.
- Customer Service

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Should have fluency in English (speaking, writing, and comprehension).
- List new products on our e-commerce site and update pricing and availability regularly.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
- Assist customers with online ordering.
- Encourage new customers to place orders online.
- Track orders and deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare weekly sales reports for sales representatives.
- Manage and maintain listings on platforms like eBay and Amazon.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Should have experience using Amazon.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
