We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and creative Wedding Planner to join our dynamic team. As a Wedding Planner at Maritus Events, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of wedding planning, from initial consultation to the big day. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and the event coordination team to create seamless, unforgettable weddings tailored to the couple’s vision.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet with clients to understand their vision, style, and preferences for their wedding day.
- Create customised wedding plans, including budget management, timelines, and vendor coordination.
- Research and recommend suitable venues, caterers, florists, photographers, and other wedding vendors.
- Manage all logistics leading up to and during the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Coordinate with vendors, ensuring they deliver services on time and within budget.
- Oversee and troubleshoot any challenges or last-minute changes.
- Offer creative ideas and design concepts to help bring clients' wedding dreams to life.
- Ensure clients are kept informed and involved throughout the planning process.
- Stay up to date with wedding trends and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a wedding planner or event coordinator.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for weddings.
- Knowledge of wedding industry trends and vendor networks.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed.
- A degree in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
