**Position Overview**:
As a Wedding Planner Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting the Wedding Planner with all aspects of the wedding planning process, including vendor coordination, event design, and client communication. You will work closely with the Wedding Planner to learn the ins and outs of wedding planning while providing excellent customer service to clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with vendor coordination, including researching, booking, and managing vendor relationships.
- Work with the Wedding Planner to design and execute weddings, including creating timelines, floor plans, and décor plans.
- Assist with on-site coordination and management of weddings, including overseeing vendor set-up and managing the timeline of events.
- Support the Wedding Planner in managing budgets, timelines, and contracts.
- Stay up-to-date with current wedding trends and industry best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
- Previous event planning or coordination experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi - 682020, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
