**Key Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end recruitment process management, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
- Managing offer negotiations and pre-joining formalities.
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and utilizing various recruitment platforms to attract top talent.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically for software development, IT infrastructure, and other technical roles.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools, job boards, and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and the latest trends in technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills with a focus on cultural fit.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- A proactive and result-driven approach to hiring.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience in hiring for niche IT roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,697.38 - ₹41,171.98 per month
