**Position**: Pool Lifeguard
**Location**: Asian Swimming Academy, Nashik, Maharashtra

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all swimmers and visitors at the pool.
- Monitor and supervise pool activities to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid or lifesaving measures when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the pool and surrounding areas.
- Report any safety hazards, incidents, or maintenance requirements to the management.

**Qualifications**:
Valid Lifeguard Certificate issued by either of following:

- Government of India
- SCNIS
- State-level authority.

Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience as a lifeguard.

Strong swimming skills and ability to perform lifesaving techniques.

Knowledge of CPR and first aid procedures.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- ₹11,000 to ₹15,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience).

At Asian Swimming Academy, we offer NLSS training programs occasionally for individuals looking to acquire this certification (current date is 16/02/2025). While completing the course doesn’t guarantee employment at ASA, exceptional participants may be considered for future roles within our team.
