**Position Title**: Swimming Coach (Female)
**Location**: Sanskriti School, Bhukum Campus
**Type**: Full-time
**Age Requirement**: Preferably below 40 years
**Reporting To**: Head of Sports / Principal

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive swimming curriculum tailored for beginners to advanced-level students.
- Conduct structured training sessions focused on technique, endurance, safety, and competition-readiness.
- Ensure constant supervision of students during swim practice and enforce all safety protocols.
- Identify and train promising swimmers for competitive events at school, district, state, and national levels.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety around the pool area, including equipment checks and reporting maintenance needs.
- Promote sportsmanship, confidence, and teamwork among students.
- Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Conduct water safety drills and ensure first-aid readiness at all times.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student participation and well-being.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Mandatory**:

- **Ex-BSF, CRPF, or State Police** personnel with swimming instruction experience
- **OR** Ex-national level swimmer with proven experience in coaching
- **Preferred Age**: Below 40 years
- Prior coaching experience with children or young adults is highly desirable.
- Certifications in **lifeguarding**, **first-aid**, or **CPR** are preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Passion for fitness, discipline, and excellence in sports.

- Attractive salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
