Sales Representative - Manufacturing Company **Position Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Prospecting & Lead Generation**: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and attending industry events.
- **Client Engagement**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Product Demonstrations & Presentations**: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
- **Sales Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with clients to close sales effectively.
- **Order Processing & Documentation**: Prepare sales contracts, process orders, and ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities.
- **Market Intelligence**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of sales experience in any company.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Compensation**

Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
