**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the interior design industry.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the design, marketing, and project management teams to ensure seamless project handovers and delivery.
- **Lead Generation**: Employ effective strategies to generate quality leads within the interior design market, identifying potential clients and opportunities for business growth.
- **Follow-up on Leads**: Proactively follow up on generated leads, engaging with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide relevant information about our services.
- **Client Confirmation**: Obtain client confirmation on design concepts and quotes, ensuring a clear understanding of their requirements and expectations.
- **Sales Execution**: Plan, propose, and execute the expansion of sales by identifying key areas for growth and implementing targeted sales strategies.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- **Site Execution Oversight**: Supervise and ensure the successful execution of projects on-site, collaborating closely with the project management and design teams.
- **On-Site Visits**: Conduct on-site visits as required to assess project progress, address client concerns, and ensure the seamless implementation of design solutions.

**Skills and Expertise**:

- **Execute sales and marketing strategies** to promote interior design services to potential clients in the real estate sector.
- **Build and maintain strong relationships** with clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize fieldwork experience to identify and pursue business opportunities in both **B2B and B2C sales** environments.
- Focus on **targeting Real Estate Developers**, with experience in dealing with projects of various scales.
- Effectively present and **communicate the interior design offerings** to clients, emphasizing the unique value proposition of our company.
- Demonstrate the ability to **handle and sell interior design solutions** for Small, Medium, and Large-Scale Realty Projects and business purposes.
- Maintain a **smart and presentable appearance** during client presentations and field activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement **effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities**.
- Ensure **timely reporting and feedback** on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.

**EXPERIENCE IN FIELD SALES AND MARKETING IS MUST**
