**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Travel across Kolkata and surrounding areas to meet potential clients (Industries & Educational Institutes).
- Generate leads by identifying businesses and organizations that require manpower solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals and decision-makers.
- Pitch our recruitment and staffing services to organizations and institutes.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into business.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients.
- Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to fulfill client requirements.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead generation and closures.

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel extensively within Kolkata and nearby areas.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, field marketing, or business development is preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and manpower consulting is an advantage.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
