**Mandatory Language Skills**:

- **Telugu**: To connect with local customers and vendors in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
- **Hindi**: To communicate with pan-India clients and field teams.
- **English**: For reporting, documentation, corporate communication, and dealing with upper management or non-Hindi/Telugu-speaking clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:1. **On-Ground Promotions & Campaign Execution**
- Execute marketing campaigns in metro cities.
- Distribute flyers, set up promotional stalls, conduct roadshows, and brand activations.
- Coordinate with malls, public spaces, and event organizers.

2. **Customer Interaction & Lead Generation**
- Approach potential customers, explain products/services, and collect leads.
- Use local language (Telugu/Hindi) to build rapport.
- Ensure excellent customer experience.

3. **Market Research & Feedback Collection**
- Gather feedback from customers and report on market trends.
- Study competitor activity and report findings.
- Share insights with the marketing team for strategy refinement.

4. **Sales Support**
- Support the sales team by generating interest and pushing footfalls to stores/branches.
- Help convert leads into customers through follow-ups.

5. **Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain daily/weekly activity reports.
- Share photos, customer data, and feedback with the head office.
- Use English for documentation and internal communication.

6. **Brand Representation**
- Represent the company in a professional manner.
- Wear branded attire, maintain grooming standards, and uphold brand values.

7. **Event Coordination**
- Assist in planning and managing local events and exhibitions.
- Liaise with event managers and vendors.

8. **Logistics & Asset Management**
- Ensure availability and safekeeping of marketing material (banners, flyers, props, etc.)
- Track stock of promotional items and re-order as needed.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Flexibility to travel across metro areas (kolkata etc.)
- Willingness to work weekends and long hours during campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,142.57 per month
