Role Responsibilities
1. Work on customer issues and get them resolved from tech team
2. Help customers with appropriate payment methods to get the transactions done
3. Reach out to the drop-off customer to understand the reasons for drop-off
4. Come-up with ideas to increase the paid users Idea Profile Criteria
5. Good with English and South Languages
6. 0-1 yrs of experience in customer support
7. Good with basic data analytics (Excel)KPI
8. Customer Queries Resolved
9. Conversion of dropped off users
10. Solidifying the reasons for drop-off and implementation of the processes to improve the paid users count.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
