Key Responsibilities:
1.Client Acquisition and Retention:

- Identify and target potential clients in the hospitality, healthcare,

and residential sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to

ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

2.Market Research and Strategy:

- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer

needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to

capitalize on market opportunities.

3.Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively prospecting, presenting

proposals, and closing deals with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth through

various laundry service offerings.

4.Product and Service Expansion:

- Explore opportunities for expanding laundry service offerings, such

as linen rentals, dry cleaning, and specialized laundry solutions.
- Develop pricing strategies and service packages to meet customer

demands.

5.Contract Negotiation:

- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients, ensuring

terms are mutually beneficial and align with company goals.

6.Marketing and Promotion:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute marketing

campaigns, advertising, and promotions to increase brand

awareness and attract new clients.

7.Customer Feedback and Quality Assurance:

- Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve service quality

and meet customer expectations.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain service excellence.

8.Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to

ensure smooth service delivery and resolve customer issues

promptly.

9.Budgeting and Reporting:

- Develop and manage budgets for business development activities.
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales performance,

customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
