3. SHIFTS: - ROTATIONAL SHIFTS

4. NO OF WORKING DAYS IN A WEEK: - 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

5. NO OF WORKING HOURS IN A DAY: - 8 -9 hours

PREFERRED SKILLS:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good at excel
- Graduate

DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Transport Administrator to be a part transport. You will be responsible for assisting the Transportation Manager with all day-to-day transportation activities. Helping develop efficient transport operations and optimizing the existing strategies will be a part of your job role. Besides, you should be able to prepare transportation schedules and assign drivers.

You will be liaising with clients to understand their requirements and accordingly advise them on the vehicle type and freight charges. Coordinating the transportation of goods and ensuring timely and safe delivery are also your responsibilities. In addition, you will be responsible for performing administrative duties such as preparing shipping documents, reports, and maintaining logbook entries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinating with the Transportation team regarding transportation planning and strategies
- Reviewing customer requirements and suggesting vehicle types and freight charges
- Ensuring compliance with the safety standards and transportation department SOPs
- Handling any Employees complaints and processing the urgent ones to the Senior Management
- Scheduling vehicle maintenance appointments.
- Planning daily transportation schedules and assigning drivers.
- Performing administrative duties such as preparing and maintaining entries
- Developing and implementing new and improved transportation procedures
- Assisting in training new recruits
- Monitoring refueling of vehicles
- Requirements
- Knowledge of transporganizationalortation and safety standards
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

**Salary**: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
