**Position**: Receptionist cum Administrator
**Location**: Gandhinagar

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and welcome visitors and clients, providing a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate personnel, and take messages as necessary.
- Manage the visitor log and ensure security protocols are followed.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the management team and staff.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff as required.
- Manage office files and records, ensuring proper organization and filing.
- **Coordination**:

- Act as the liaison between departments and assist in internal communications.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of communications, appointments, and other administrative details.
- Assist in maintaining databases or tracking systems for internal processes.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to visitors, clients, and employees.
- Resolve client queries and escalate issues as necessary.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 01/02/2025
