Job description

Officer / Executive - Quality Assurance

Qualifications : B. Sc / M. Sc

Experience : Preferably plastic manufacturing exposure in quality

assurance as per follows;
(B. Sc & 4 to 5 years’ experience, M.Sc & 2 to 3 experience)

1. Ensure to maintain quality records on daily basis.

2. Customer Complaints handling

3. Log book checking & interaction with reliever on daily basis.

4. Ensure the frequent visit to floor for sample check

5. Checking of Product approval report.

6. Ensure to maintain product safety, minimize customer complaint and to monitor

the continuous improvements plan from time to time.

7. Random checking of boxes / bundles for quantity / quality (dimension, roughness, moisture, weight etc.,)

8. Incoming raw material quality inspection.

9. Despatch - incoming checking of container/vehicle (water leakage, dust, use of torch inside vehicle).

10. Ensure to maintain the records of new product specification.

11. Arrangement of sample for HO / Marketing.

12. Certificate of Analysis preparation & PDI checking whenever required for export.

13. Maintain housekeeping at lab area for hygiene.

14. Train Operators and Helper / new joinees for safety / hygiene / quality / testing & improve efficiency.

15. Maintain and follow BRC-Global system & BRC Documentation.

16. Follow GMP and GHP during practices and train all department staff.

Salary Range : For B.Sc - CTC Rs. 2.5 to 3.5 acs / annum

For M.Sc - CTC Rs. 4 to 5 lacs / annum

Location : Daman Plant

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
