**Job Title**: Sales Executive
**Location**: Mohali, Punjab

**Qualification**: ITI / Diploma / Graduate

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads and identify potential customers for lithium-ion batteries, inverters, and LED products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Conduct field visits and product demonstrations to clients across assigned territories.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports to the sales manager.
- Coordinate with the internal teams (production, logistics) for smooth order fulfillment.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing campaigns when required.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of inverter and battery technology (preferably lithium-ion).
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
- Familiarity with the Mohali/Chandigarh/Punjab region will be preferred.
- Ability to handle B2B and B2C sales independently.
**Preferred Background**:
- ITI (Electrical/Electronics), Diploma, or Graduate with relevant field sales experience.
