Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Calls**: Making outbound calls or receiving inbound calls to engage customers and generate sales.
- **Customer Needs Assessment**: Identifying and understanding customer needs through conversation and providing relevant solutions.
- **Product Presentation**: Explaining the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services to potential customers.
- **Handling Objections**: Addressing customer concerns and questions to overcome objections and close sales.
- **Follow-up**: Keeping track of leads, sending follow-up messages or making additional calls to convert prospects into customers.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate customer records, tracking sales activities, and updating customer information in CRM systems.
- **Target Achievement**: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the organization.

Skills Needed:

- **Excellent Communication**: Clear, concise, and persuasive speaking and writing skills.
- **Listening Skills**: Ability to actively listen to customer concerns and respond appropriately.
- **Product Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the products or services being sold.
- **Sales Techniques**: Familiarity with different sales tactics, such as cold calling, upselling, or cross-selling.
- **Persistence**: Ability to handle rejection and keep pursuing sales goals.
- **Time Management**: Effective organization and time allocation to manage high volumes of calls.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to close deals while keeping the customer satisfied.

Work Environment:
