**Job Description for Sr. Academic Counsellor**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic team.

As a Senior Admission Counsellor, you will play a key role in our outreach and enrollment process, with a focus on establishing and maintaining strong connections with prospective students. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in relentless outbound calls, making up to 40 connected calls daily, to counsel and convince students about the benefits of our programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Outbound Calls: Initiate and conduct outbound calls to engage prospective students, providing information about our programs and persuading them to visit our center.

2. Counseling: Conduct in-depth counseling sessions, both electronically via phone and face-to-face during center visits, to understand the needs and aspirations of each student. Guide them towards the right course that aligns with their goals.

3. Sales and Closing: Close enrollment deals during and after the center visit, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to enrolled student.

4. Electronic Communication: Utilize electronic communication tools to effectively convey the benefits of our programs and highlight how they can positively impact the prospect's educational and career journey.

5. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with enrolled students, providing after-sales support and assistance. Cultivate a rapport that encourages students to become long-term advocates, providing references for future prospective students.

**Qualifications**:
1. Graduate: Possess a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.

2. Computer Proficiency: Demonstrate strong computer skills with proficiency in using sales CRM systems.

Previous experience working with CRM tools is essential.

3. Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales, with a keen ability to analyze and suggest the right course options to individual students based on their needs and career objectives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
