Digital / Social Media Marketing Executive (Kanchipuram)

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories) across Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Regularly visit the resorts (as needed) to capture content - photos, videos, guest experiences
- Work with influencers and creators to drive brand visibility
- Run paid campaigns to promote offers, packages, and brand visibility
- Monitor analytics, respond to DMs/comments, and grow audience engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm campaigns, seasonal promos, and contests
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and aesthetic across platforms
- Keep up with trends and adapt content strategies accordingly

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in managing social media pages (hospitality or travel preferred)
- Strong writing skills and creative visual sense
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, Instagram, Facebook Ads Manager, and scheduling platforms
- Knowledge of photography/videography basics is a plus
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Passion for travel, hospitality, and storytelling
