**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with HERE AND NOW AGI's vision and objectives.

2. Lead the research, development, and implementation of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI)-driven solutions to enhance teaching methodologies and student engagement.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that support business growth and innovation, emphasizing investor appeal.

4. Supervise the establishment and upkeep of robust technological foundations to ensure scalability, reliability, and security, crucial for instilling investor confidence.

5. Drive the deployment of AGI-powered solutions to optimize operational processes, improve efficiency, and elevate the overall learning experience, showcasing potential to investors.

6. Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

7. Cultivate strategic partnerships with consultants, technology partners, and investors to leverage external expertise and resources for growth and expansion.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven track record of leadership and experience in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions, particularly in the context of education or related industries, demonstrating potential for investor attractiveness.

2. In-depth knowledge of AGI technologies, machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and other relevant tools and techniques, essential for investor confidence.

3. Strong business acumen and the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives and investor expectations.

4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and potential investors.

5. Strategic thinker with a forward-looking mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on future technology trends and opportunities to attract investments.

6. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals, a trait valued by investors.

7. Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement, a quality appreciated by investors.

**Salary**: Rs 1,00,000 to Rs 1,50,000 lakhs per month
