Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential international markets and clients to expand the company's global presence.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet sales targets and objectives in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company goals.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and services.

Job Summary:
**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in international sales, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Strong understanding of international business practices, cultural differences, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Night shift
- US shift
