**Job Summary**:
We are seeking **confident and articulate female sales executives** with strong communication skills for a client-facing role in our growing real estate team. This role involves **connecting with potential clients**, explaining project details, **building trust**, and maintaining strong **follow-ups** to drive **site visits and sales**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential buyers from our CRM/database
- Share property/project details and clearly understand client needs
- Maintain regular follow-ups to schedule and confirm site visits
- Handle inbound queries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
- Accurately update CRM with client interactions and status
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and deal closures
- Build rapport and provide a positive, informative experience to clients
- Stay informed on current and upcoming real estate projects, prices, and offers

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong verbal communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Confident, polite, and persuasive on phone
- Well-organized with a consistent follow-up approach
- Presentable and professional behavior
- Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred) or willingness to learn
- Graduate (any stream) preferred
