As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Auxost Marketers, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our web and mobile app development services. You will be responsible for both sales and marketing activities to drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and lead generation. Your role will involve working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, create marketing campaigns, and drive client engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- **Sales Activities & Client Engagement**:
Assist in the sales process by qualifying leads, setting meetings, and helping close deals. Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- **Marketing Campaigns & Strategies**:

- **Brand Awareness & Promotion**:
Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and recognition in the market. Promote the company's services through digital platforms, events, and partnerships.
- **Content Creation & Management**:
Create engaging content for marketing purposes, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, and promotional materials. Ensure content aligns with the company’s brand voice and objectives.
- **Sales Support & Coordination**:
Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and sales materials. Help with client follow-ups and ensure the timely delivery of proposals and other sales documents.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Use this data to improve sales and marketing strategies and identify potential growth opportunities.
- **Client Retention & Relationship Building**:
Support efforts to maintain long-term relationships with clients by assisting in post-sale follow-ups, gathering feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Event & Promotion Management**:
Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and other promotional activities to engage with potential clients and enhance brand visibility.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- **Sales & Marketing Expertise**: Knowledge of both sales and marketing strategies, with the ability to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- **Creative & Strategic Thinking**: Ability to develop creative marketing campaigns that engage the target audience and align with business goals.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage clients and create impactful marketing content.
- **Social Media & Digital Marketing Proficiency**: Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools to create and execute campaigns.
- **Client-Focused**: Strong ability to understand client needs and offer effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- **Analytical & Research Skills**: Ability to research market trends, analyze competitor strategies, and adapt to changing market dynamics.
- **Time Management & Organization**: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to handle multiple responsibilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the technology or software development industry.
- Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
